Money-back policy

You have the right to request a product return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To accept a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the product. Products returned without prior communication with us cannot be accepted.

Return costs

If the product you received is wrong, defective, or damaged, the return cost is covered by Take It Store.

If you wish to return because you changed your mind or no longer need the product, the return costs are borne by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and assist you.

Non-returnable products

Certain products cannot be returned, such as personal care items, used products, discounted products, gift cards, or products that for hygiene reasons cannot be accepted after the packaging has been opened.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to complete the return of the original product first and, once approved, place a new order.

14-day withdrawal period for the European Union

If the order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without needing to state a reason. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you if the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
